Basildon Chess Club

Basildon Under-140 Championship 2016 This tournament is designed to give our less experienced players the chance to compete against each other in a league format to claim the title of Under-140 Basildon chess champion. The winner receives a trophy plus a £15 prize for the winner.

It's an all-play-all event with everybody playing each other once. Half a point for a draw, a full point for a win. The player top of the league will win. All games are graded.

If you are unable to play on the dates that have been selected for the rounds, please let me know in advance so we can rearrange. Anyone not giving any notice will automatically lose their match!

The 2016 under 140 championship ran from 11th February to 16th June 2016.
